Job summary

RSM UK is seeking a Head of People Advisory to lead our People Services & Enablement function, setting the standard for accessible, high‑quality advice. You will be a trusted adviser and escalation point on complex people matters, reporting to the Director of People Services & Enablement.

You’ll drive improvements, own policy frameworks, and develop teams to deliver exceptional support to leaders across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership across People Advisory, Employee Relations or People Services.
• Deep employee relations expertise and strong knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE.
• Credibility to partner with senior leaders and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Strong systems capability with Workday and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior stakeholders on sensitive, high‑risk matters, with expert judgement and constructive challenge.
• Lead and develop high‑performing teams aligned to our Lines of Business, with service standards and a customer‑focused culture.
• Own our employee handbook and policy framework, ensuring fair, consistent and compliant practice with employment law.
• Use case data and insight to spot emerging risks and themes, and to build manager capability.
• Drive continuous improvement through technology and automation, including a ticketing/case management solution and Workday enhancements.
