RSM UK is seeking a Head of People Advisory to lead the function within the People Services & Enablement team. You will set the standard for accessible, high-quality and compliant advice, acting as a trusted adviser and senior escalation point on complex people matters.

Qualifikationen

• Significant leadership experience across People Advisory, Employee Relations and/or People Services teams.
• Deep employee relations expertise and strong knowledge of UK employment law, including TUPE.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders and turn complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Strong systems capability in Workday and case management tools, with a track record of process improvement.

• Advising People leadership and senior stakeholders on sensitive, high-risk matters, with expert judgement and constructive challenge.
• Leading and developing high-performing teams aligned to our Lines of Business, with clear service standards and a customer-focused culture.
• Owning our employee handbook and policy framework, so practice is fair, consistent and compliant with employment law.
• Using case data and insight to spot emerging risks and themes, and to build manager capability.
• Driving continuous improvement through technology and automation, including introducing a ticketing and case management solution and getting more from Workday.
