RSM UK is seeking a Head of People Operations to lead a high-performing team within People Services & Enablement. You will drive the standard of service delivery at scale, optimize Workday, and harness AI and automation to enhance employee experiences.

You will collaborate with People Partners, Finance, Technology and Risk, overseeing suppliers and delivering onboarding, mobility and rewards globally. This is a strategic, influential leadership role in a fast-growing firm.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading People Operations or shared services.
• Strong service management and operating model expertise.
• Experience with Workday, automation and ticketing/workflow solutions.
• Excellent data and insight capability with commercial judgement.
• Credible with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
• Experience in professional services or regulated environments is advantageous.

• Lead and develop an inclusive Operations team delivering onboarding, employee changes, learning operations, global mobility, and reward/benefits administration.
• Set clear service standards, SLAs and KPIs, using data to measure performance and identify improvements.
• Simplify and standardise processes and embed scalable operating models for better employee experience.
• Improve efficiency using Workday, AI, automation and ticketing/workflow tools and foster self-service.
• Build trusted relationships with People Partners, Centres of Expertise, Finance, Technology and Risk; oversee key suppliers.

Our People Team is at the heart of what makes RSM a great place to work. Within People Services & Enablement, People Operations delivers the high-volume services that shape every colleague's experience, from their very first day to their next career move.

As Head of People Operations, you'll lead this function, reporting to the People Services & Enablement Director. You'll build and inspire a high-performing, service-focused team, set the standard for how People services are delivered at scale, and drive the transformation of our operating model. You’ll make the most of Workday, AI and automation to create a seamless experience for employees and managers.

You’ll make an impact by

• Leading and developing an inclusive Operations team delivering onboarding, employee changes, learning operations, global mobility, and reward and benefits administration
• Setting clear service standards, SLAs and KPIs, and using data and insight to measure performance and spot opportunities to improve
• Simplifying and standardising processes and embedding scalable operating models that improve the employee and manager experience
• Optimising Workday and introducing AI, automation and ticketing and workflow tools to increase efficiency and self-service
• Building trusted relationships with People Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, Finance, Technology and Risk, and overseeing key suppliers

• Significant experience leading and developing high-performing People Operations or shared services teams within a complex organisation
• Strong service management and operating model expertise, with a track record of simplifying processes and driving continuous improvement
• Experience of People technology and digital transformation, ideally including Workday, automation, AI and ticketing or workflow solutions
• Strong data and insight capability, with the commercial judgement to balance service quality, cost, risk and business priorities
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and suppliers, and an inclusive, empowering leadership style
• Experience within professional services or a similarly complex, regulated environment would be advantageous
