RSM UK is seeking a Head of People Data & Analytics to lead our people data, MI and analytics capability. You will ensure data accuracy, governance, and trusted insights that shape workforce planning and performance across the firm.

You will partner with senior People leaders, Finance and IT to advance predictive analytics, forecasting and data literacy, while driving ethical data use and a scalable reporting function across our hybrid workplace.

Competenze

• Proven ability to develop and deliver a people data & analytics strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Strong governance and quality expertise in people data.
• Experience in analytics, forecasting and predictive modelling.
• Commercial acumen with BI, data viz and reporting tools.

Mansioni

• Own people data quality and governance, setting standards and controls.
• Set strategy for people MI and reporting with clear dashboards and insights for leaders.
• Build analytics capability with modelling and forecasting to anticipate workforce needs.
• Partner with Heads of People, Business Partners and senior leaders to turn analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with People Technology and IT to automate reporting and data flows; explore ethical use of AI.
• Champion data literacy across the People function and wider business.
