The Head of Operations and Architecture will lead the technology operations and architecture functions, providing strategic direction and leadership to the team. The role involves ensuring that both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure are fit for purpose and deliver the required business outcomes, enabling the Digital Services and the council to operate effectively.

You will spearhead technology changes to improve service outcomes, which may include replacing the network and infrastructure stack or introducing AI automation. Additionally, you will be responsible for devising and enhancing the overall technical architecture as the council transitions to a digital-first strategy.
