About Us

Re7 Capital is a London based crypto-asset investment firm where we utilise our deep crypto network, knowledge of the crypto market and proprietary data infrastructure to drive investment decisions for a number of fund strategies and DeFi projects. The Re7 team is dynamic with a strong background in investment management, data science and crypto, and leverages this expertise across research, portfolio management, on-chain vault curation and related on-chain activities.

To support the continued expansion of the firm we're looking to add a tenacious Operations Manager. This role reports directly to the COO, supports all areas of the firm and is central to driving and executing on strategic expansion initiatives, process improvement projects and managing external relationships.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge innovative teams across the globe and play a critical role in supporting the Portfolio Management team, Re7 Labs and our clients to achieve our collective goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute firm-wide change and expansion projects, for example
• Support new business growth initiatives
• Identify and implement enhancement opportunities across processes and tooling
• Enable the firm to continue scaling at a rapid pace whilst minimising disruption and risk around day to day operations
• Build and maintain relationships with external service providers
• Drive information security awareness across the team
• Be an ambassador for Re7 culture and values
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech
• Ability to convert strategy into actions and execution
• Demonstrated success in change management
• Adaptable to changing requirements and priorities
• Excellent communication skills, ability to influence across a variety of business areas
• Strong work ethic and results focused, accountable for consistent results
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ownership
• Experience in Asset Management firms or Hedge Funds is a strong preference
