Lead and restructure Deel’s Mobility Operations to disrupt the industry and drive scalable growth.

Develop and execute innovative strategies to optimize global mobility services, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Design and implement operational frameworks to streamline mobility processes globally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, legal, marketing and customer experience teams to align operations with business goals.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on cost efficiency, speed, and service quality.
  • Develop KPIs to monitor performance, identify gaps, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Oversee compliance with international mobility regulations, ensuring risk mitigation.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing operational teams across multiple regions who manage visa processing and sponsorship, ensuring teams have the required resources and enablement for success.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of managing global mobility operations to achieve significant efficiency gains and business growth.
  • Proven experience and understanding of US immigration processes, policies and relevant filing types is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
  • Design immigration and workforce management processes to enable Deel to scale effectively.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in scaling and mentoring diverse teams located in varying timezones.
