Role overview

This role reports directly to our Head of Sales. Our revenue org includes Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams, with dedicated support for CS and Marketing Ops. We are looking to elevate our RevOps function from its early stages, offering you the opportunity to shape and scale it significantly, impacting our growth trajectory.

Who you are

You are an experienced Revenue Operations Manager, adept at aligning sales, marketing, and customer success operations to maximize revenue growth and efficiency. You enjoy building and owning a RevOps function, with experience in both established and startup environments.

What you’ll do

As Revenue Operations Manager, you will own all revenue operations and be responsible for:

Sales and Customer Success Operations
  • Establish and maintain sales processes and workflows for lead management, pipeline progression, and deal closure.
  • Support and partner with CS Ops to analyze customer data, identify trends, and improve processes for Customer Success and Account Managers.
Reporting, Data Integrity, and Insights
  • Design dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders and team members.
  • Monitor KPIs and produce reports for OKRs, QBRs, and board meetings.
  • Maintain data integrity within our revenue tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency and contribute to planning and modeling.
Technology and Tool Management
  • Manage and support our revenue tech stack, including HubSpot, Planhat, Gong, and others.
  • Research, implement, and optimize new tools to support revenue operations.
  • Ensure systems are integrated and functioning properly, working with teams managing key tools.
Process Improvement and Innovation
  • Optimize workflows and tools to boost productivity and performance.
  • Stay updated on revenue operations trends and best practices, especially AI and tooling.
  • Continuously seek improvements to enhance efficiency.
Knowledge Management and Enablement
  • Document procedures, guidelines, and best practices for onboarding and knowledge sharing.
Skills and experience
  • 5+ years in Data/Revenue/Sales Operations roles.
  • Experience in SaaS, preferably in early-stage environments.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Collaborative mindset with strategic business acumen.
Bonus skills

Experience with tools like Amplemarket, Gong, data enrichment tools (e.g., Apollo, Insycle), Hex, or outbound prospecting tools is a plus.
