To lead and develop a team of General Managers to provide exceptional service to our clients. Manage client and contractual relationships in a commercial manner, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote a safety culture, ensure team awareness and adherence to health & safety procedures, and provide a safe environment for all users of the premises.
• Develop strategic client relationships and maintain stakeholder engagement.
• Deliver profit targets through effective team leadership.
• Review performance, identify improvements, and ensure contract compliance to exceed client expectations.
