Artex Risk Solutions is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join our EMEA team.
In this role, you will act as the central point of contact for all EMEA jurisdictions, driving the execution of the Global COO’s strategy while shaping the long-term operational vision. You will support the Artex COO in achieving the objectives of the Artex EMEA division, collaborating with the EMEA Executive team and key support functions.
As Head of Operations, you will lead business integration, operational change, process improvement, and the implementation of effective governance and controls across Artex EMEA.
This role will be based in Guernsey sitting within our largest EMEA operation.
