ROLE

As the Head of Operations, you will be accountable for and have full control over the brand, from daily operations to supporting the strategic direction of the business.

• You will need to actively improve ongoing operations to achieve best-in-class standards and ensure the highest levels of customer experience, consistently driving sales forward.
• You will lead change initiatives within the business, implementing commercial procedures and standards to enhance performance.
• You will act as a brand ambassador and take responsibility for identifying new growth opportunities for future expansion.
• You will implement key business focuses in a forward-thinking, flexible, and innovative manner.
• You will oversee recruitment, performance management, and the ongoing development of your team.

PERSON

• You will have a proven track record in food and beverage within the restaurant or broader hospitality sector.
• You will have experience working in branded environments and understand the benefits of standardizing policies and processes to drive success. Ideally, you will also have experience in entrepreneurial settings and be energized by working in unstructured environments, motivated by autonomy and opportunities for personal and brand development.
• You will have significant exposure to, and ideally ownership of, various central operational functions.
• You will be entrepreneurial, highly commercial, results-driven, and possess strong analytical skills.
• You will thrive in ambiguity and enjoy the challenges of unpredictable daily scenarios.
• With a positive attitude, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager, adept at succession planning and performance management.
