Job summary

Hop Talent LTD is seeking an Operations Director for a fast-growing flexible workspace business with 15+ buildings across London. You will take full ownership of the operations function, shaping how the portfolio operates, delivers client experiences and scales as the business expands.

You will lead the existing operations team and partner across projects, real estate, sales and finance to drive operational performance, cost control, and supplier management.

• Deep facilities and building management knowledge.
• Strong commercial instincts.
• Experience running operations across a multi-site portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Operations – ownership of day-to-day operations of 15+ buildings.
• Facilities & Building Management – manage complex building and M&E issues and contractor relationships.
• Systems & Processes – create scalable, well-documented operating procedures for new sites.
• Budgets & Commercial Management – own budgets and service charges, identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supplier & Contractor Management – manage a broad supplier base with high standards.
• Leadership – lead and develop an established operations team, plan for growth.
• Landlord & Managing Agent Relationships – manage commercial relationships for best outcomes.
• New Building Mobilisation – ensure smooth transition from project to operation.
