Affordable Workspace Partnership Ltd. is seeking an Operations & Lettings Manager to own the day‑to‑day running of our London workspace buildings, supervise tenancy processes from enquiry to move‑in, and drive growth as we expand our portfolio.

You will manage lettings and tenant relations, ensure safety and compliance, and help set up new buildings while supporting recruitment and policy initiatives. A proactive, organised approach is essential to succeed.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years’ experience in lettings, property management, facilities or operations, or a similar tenant‑facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Manage lettings activities: enquiries, waiting list, viewings, leases and handovers.
• Oversee property management: building defects, contractors, compliance checks and maintenance.
• Lead operations and set‑up for new buildings: handover to opening, insurance, utilities and tenant trackers.
• Handle administration: invoicing, rent collection, records and HR/policy documents.
