Job summary

Hosco, London HQ, is seeking a Group Operations Manager to shape and execute the operational strategy across a diverse property portfolio. You will lead scalable frameworks, supplier relationships, and revenue initiatives while embedding brand-aligned service excellence.

You will partner with senior leadership, drive cross-functional projects, and travel regularly to sites. The role is full-time at London Bridge Head Office with occasional property visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in hospitality operations.
• Proven track record of delivering profit-enhancing results and operational transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, KPIs, and supplier contracts.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with regular travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational frameworks, SOPs, and policies that drive efficiency, profitability, and service excellence.
• Own group-level supplier relationships, ensuring performance against SLAs and commercial targets; lead strategic sourcing and tendering processes.
• Drive non-room revenue initiatives in collaboration with GMs and Finance; enhance profitability through data-driven decision-making and budgeting.
• Champion a guest-first culture; oversee brand audits and quality assurance across the portfolio.
• Act as strategic liaison between Operations and Marketing, HR, IT, and Development; contribute to digital transformation and ESG initiatives.
• Serve as primary operational contact for ownership groups with transparent, data-led reporting.
