The Executive Partnership is seeking a hands-on Head of Operations based at the West London head office, responsible for commercial performance, people leadership and day-to-day operations across the UK.

You will shape the annual budget, convert it into monthly goals and work with managers to deliver against them, while negotiating with suppliers, managing contracts and driving IT improvements to support growth.

Qualifications

• Senior operational leadership experience in a multi-site or complex business.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, performance metrics and deliver results through others.
• Strong communication, judgement and problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations across UK sites with a West London hub.
• Shape and own the annual budget, translate it into monthly targets.
• Oversee workforce planning, recruitment and management performance.
