Job summary

Techspace is seeking a full-time Building Manager to own day-to-day operations across at least two London sites. You’ll oversee maintenance, compliance, contractors and member experience, serving as the primary on-site decision-maker.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day building operations across multiple sites in London.
• Manage on-site contractors, security, cleaning, M&E and facilities.
• Act as first point of contact for member issues and requests.
• Own budget for running costs and flag variances early.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and space changes with Commercial team.
• Ensure buildings meet brand standards and presentation is top-notch.
• Lead incident response for emergencies and maintain member communications.
• Develop and manage on-site team, conduct 1:1s and onboarding.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with Community, Commercial and Finance teams.
• Report on performance, costs and member satisfaction to Area Manager.
