Salary: £29,344 - £44,919 (TLR 2B)

The Role
  • Provides strategic leadership and direction for the Maths department across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Oversees the planning, delivery, and assessment of a rigorous and engaging curriculum.
  • Supports and mentors a team of Maths teachers, promoting collaborative practice and professional growth.
  • Uses data to monitor student progress, identify trends, and implement targeted interventions.
  • Leads on curriculum development, assessment design, and whole-school numeracy initiatives.
  • Contributes to the wider school leadership team and plays a key role in raising standards across the board.
What We’re Looking For
