About the role

Head of Marketing & PR – Poole (travel throughout the South of England). Pay £65,000 per annum + car allowance and bonus (up to 15% of salary). Hours 37 per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and deliver the business marketing strategy.
  • Manage all marketing and public relations activity across Care South.
  • Work collaboratively with the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team.
About You / Qualifications
  • At least five years’ sector experience managing a team and developing marketing strategy and campaign plans.
  • Experience working across multiple locations.
  • Experience in the residential and domiciliary care sectors.
  • Competence in campaign tracking, competitor analysis and research to understand ROI.
  • Computer literate, well versed on digital and online channels and proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of offline and online marketing activities.
  • Experience in employer branding disciplines to promote the employee value proposition.
  • High attention to detail, work under pressure and flexible attitude.
  • Problem solver, curious, driven, self‑motivated and able to work at pace.
  • Collaborative approach, excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
