About the opportunity

An established property development group requires a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function during a period of significant expansion. This senior leadership role encompasses strategic oversight, creative direction, and team development across their growing portfolio of developments. The position offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy from the ground up, working directly with senior stakeholders including the CCO whilst building and mentoring a team of marketing professionals across various specialisms.
