Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Integration Platform Delivery to steer end-to-end integration delivery and nurture high-performing teams. You will translate business priorities into a concrete plan and balance new capabilities with platform resilience and debt reduction.

Lead cross-functional product teams, coordinate with vendors and partners, and drive delivery across DTO domains to achieve measurable outcomes. Hybrid work is available up to two days from home.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading delivery of integration platforms within complex organisations.
• Proven track record enabling business outcomes through cross-functional teams and modern delivery practices.
• Strong integration and platform expertise with delivery management and commercial awareness.
• Degree-level qualification in Technology, Computer Science, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of integration capabilities and connected products across DTO domains, delivering measurable business value.
• Translate priorities into a clear integration delivery plan balancing new capabilities with platform resilience and debt reduction.
• Lead embedded, cross-functional product teams with the expertise to deliver at pace.
• Coordinate product and shared service teams, vendors and partners, managing dependencies and resolving cross-team issues.
