Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, MarTech Platform Delivery to guide the end-to-end delivery of the MarTech platform roadmap and grow a high-performing team across marketing, personalisation and guest engagement.

You will drive cross-functional integration, partnering with vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable, compliant, and value-driven technology solutions that support P&O Cruises and Cunard brands.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading the delivery and evolution of MarTech platforms within complex organisations.
• Proven experience enabling marketing, personalisation and customer engagement through multidisciplinary teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of the MarTech platform roadmap aligning marketing priorities with feasible tech capabilities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing platform delivery team supporting marketing, personalisation and guest engagement.
• Drive integration between MarTech platforms and web, app, data, identity, content, analytics and API capabilities.
• Manage strategic vendors, agencies and technical suppliers while ensuring platform stability and measurable value.
