Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Programme and Project Delivery to lead the Maritime transformation and collaborate with the enterprise PMO, sponsors and partners. The role embeds the Carnival Change Delivery Framework and provides clear insight into programme performance.

You will oversee a portfolio of programmes, develop Programme and Project Managers, and ensure governance and delivery excellence across multiple stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Recognised programme or project management qualification.
• Experience leading complex programmes within a structured governance environment.
• Experience managing Programme Managers and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programme delivery capability, embedding governance standards.
• Maintain an integrated view of programme progress, risks and dependencies.
• Lead and develop Programme and Project Managers across the portfolio.
• Take accountability for a defined portfolio and intervene on high-risk delivery.
