Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Senior Manager, Integration Platform Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of integration capabilities and connected products across DTO domains, ensuring teams deliver measurable business value.

You will translate priorities into a clear delivery plan, balance new capabilities with platform resilience and debt reduction, and lead embedded cross-functional teams with the expertise needed to move fast. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid work.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading delivery of integration platforms and connected tech products.
Proven track record enabling business outcomes via cross-functional teams and delivery practices.
Strong integration and platform expertise with delivery management and commercial awareness.
Degree-level qualification in Technology, CS, Business or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of integration capabilities and connected products across DTO domains.
Translate business priorities into a clear integration delivery plan balancing value and debt.
Lead embedded, cross-functional teams with the expertise to deliver at pace.
Coordinate product and shared service teams, vendors and partners, resolving cross-team issues.
