Job summary

Carnival UK is seeking a Manager, Commerce and Fulfilment Platform to lead the delivery of scalable and reliable commerce platform capabilities for P&O Cruises and Cunard. The role involves coordinating improvements from the platform roadmap, managing dependencies, and aligning with Product, Data, Engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth integration with downstream systems.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering and improving technology platforms in a complex organisation.
• Experience coordinating platform enhancements while balancing stability with roadmap delivery.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management across internal teams and external partners.
• Degree-level qualification in Information Technology, Business, Digital Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of scalable, high-performing commerce platform capabilities.
• Deliver enhancements, integrations and improvements from the Platform roadmap.
• Work across Product, Data, Engineering and operations to integrate with downstream systems.
