Job summary

DAZN is seeking a senior Head of Insights & Analytics to lead the analytical agenda across Subscription, Finance, and Payments from its London UK base. You will partner with senior stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights, improve subscriber growth, retention, revenue, and payment performance, and shape the questions the business asks of its data.

You will drive the global analytics agenda, deliver high-impact analyses, and build scalable dashboards, reporting, and self-service

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Insights/Analytics/BI/Strategy within a data-driven organisation.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to translate data into commercial insights.
• Experience building dashboards and self-serve analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics across Subscription, Finance & Payments and drive commercial decisions.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Product, Payments, and Strategy stakeholders to shape key business decisions.
• Develop scalable dashboards and reporting to improve access to trusted data and enable faster decisions.
