Harnham is recruiting a Head of Data Analytics to lead a high-impact analytics function for a growing UK-based B2B business. You will shape how data drives customer acquisition, retention and commercial growth, and you’ll build and coach a dedicated analytics team while partnering with senior stakeholders.

• Proven experience in marketing analytics and customer insight.
• Strong team leadership and stakeholder management.
• Advanced SQL and Power BI skills.
• Experience in B2B, lead generation, or telemarketing environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of analysts.
• Define the marketing analytics and customer insight strategy.
• Build customer segmentation and targeting models.
• Deliver actionable insights across email, telemarketing, and wider marketing activity.
• Identify cross-sell, upsell, and growth opportunities from customer data.
• Develop reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Use SQL to analyse customer, campaign, and operational performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence commercial decisions.
