A dynamic manufacturing company is seeking a dedicated HR Manager to oversee HR and payroll functions. This on-site role includes absence management, guidance on policies, and staff development initiatives. Ideal candidates should have HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG, and hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification. The salary ranges from £45,000 to £55,000. Flexible working may be required as the site operates outside of standard hours.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to take the next step in their career. Internally, this role is known as the Head of HR. You will be responsible for managing our HR and payroll function to support our growing workforce and ensure a positive work environment.
Working within a small and friendly HR and Payroll team you will be responsible for managing all HR matters including but not limited to absence management, disciplinary and grievance processes, mentoring and training & development.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 40 hours a week which will generally be worked Monday – Friday, although the site operates on weekends, bank holidays and there is a night shift so some flexibility on occasion may be required. As this is a manufacturing site, the role is site-based. Salary is negotiable dependent on experience. Working with department managers, you will be responsible for:
