High5 is seeking a Head of HR to lead the site HR function at our manufacturing operation in the UK, guiding HR Business Partners and Advisors and shaping the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team. • Senior HR leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience managing HR Business Partners and HR Advisors.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including disciplinary and grievance case management.
• Practical experience of TUPE and organisational change.
• Confidence to influence, challenge and collaborate at Senior Leadership Team level.
