Job summary

MMC seeks a Head of HR for a major UK manufacturing site. You will lead the site HR function, manage HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, and shape the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

This influential role supports operational performance and offers the opportunity to develop people practices across the site, including employee relations, TUPE activity, workforce planning and organisational change.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience managing and developing HR Business Partners and HR Advisors.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including disciplinary and grievance case management.
• Practical experience of TUPE and organisational change.
• Confidence to influence, challenge and collaborate at Senior Leadership Team level.
