Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is seeking a Head of HR for our Rogerstone site in Newport. This senior role leads the site HR function, develops people strategies with the Senior Leadership Team, and partners with operational leaders to drive performance across a major manufacturing site.

You will manage HR Business Partners and Advisors, handle complex employee relations, and lead TUPE activities while shaping workforce planning and engagement initiatives to support business priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing
• Experience managing HR Business Partners and HR Advisors
• Strong employee relations expertise including disciplinary and grievance case management
• Practical experience of TUPE and organisational change
• Confidence to influence at Senior Leadership Team level

Responsibilities

The Role

As a Head of HR, you will lead the site HR function, manage HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, and shape the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This influential role supports operational performance and offers the opportunity to develop people practices across a major manufacturing site.

What you'll be doing as a Head of HR

• Lead and develop the site HR team, setting clear priorities and service standards.
• Manage complex employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance and absence cases.
• Lead TUPE activity and organisational change, supporting managers and employees.
• Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, engagement and operational priorities.

What we are looking for in a Head of HR
