A leading Food manufacturer in Cheshire is recruiting for an HR Manager to join the team. The role covers responsibilities across multiple sites and offers an opportunity to shape the function, with potential for a Senior HR Officer to step up.

The HR Manager will implement internal HR processes, maintain records, ensure payroll accuracy, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and best HR practice. This role is ideal for someone with experience in food manufacturing.

• Develop internal HR processes, documentation, and systems
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and support payroll accuracy
• Ensure compliance with UK employment law and best HR practice
• Shape and foster a high-performance, values-driven culture
• Coordinate internal communications and team engagement initiatives
• Design and roll out development pathways and training frameworks
• Support succession planning and internal career progression
• Build scalable HR infrastructure to support ongoing expansion
• Align people processes with business goals and values
• Provide HR insight to leadership on structure, workforce planning, and retention
