2 Sisters Food Group, a leading UK food manufacturer, seeks a Head of HR for the Rogerstone site in Newport. This senior role shapes people strategy, oversees HR Business Partners and Advisors, and partners with the Senior Leadership Team to drive performance and people practices across a major manufacturing site.

You will lead the site HR team, manage complex employee relations, and drive TUPE activity and organisational change, ensuring workforce planning aligns with operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in food or FMCG manufacturing.
• Experience managing HR Business Partners and HR Advisors.
• Strong employee relations expertise, including disciplinary and grievance case management.
• Practical experience of TUPE and organisational change.
• Confidence to influence, challenge and collaborate at Senior Leadership Team level.

The Role

As a Head of HR, you will lead the site HR function, manage HR Business Partners and HR Advisors, and shape the people agenda as part of the Senior Leadership Team. This influential role supports operational performance and offers the opportunity to develop people practices across a major manufacturing site.
