Qualifications

• Experience of leading a large team in a similar role.
• Possess a management or cleaning qualification or willing to develop to this level (e.g., BICS, CIMS, BIFM).
• The ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
• Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team to deliver the highest standards and guest experiences.
• Ensure rooms and guest areas are prepared to the expected standard and on schedule.
• Collaborate with Head of Facilities to manage labour deployment and priorities.
• Coach and develop team members to improve performance and engagement.
