Job summary

Heythrop Park, part of Warner Hotels Group, is seeking a Housekeeping Team Member to join our 311-bedroom venue set in 440 acres of parkland. Hourly rate up to £13.80 depending on age, with benefits including gym access, discounts, and career development opportunities.

You will work alongside a supportive team to deliver a spotless, safe, and welcoming environment for guests from arrival to departure, contributing to an exceptional stay and ongoing guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Deliver a great guest experience by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Be proactive in assisting guests and colleagues to ensure an efficient, welcoming environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great service within the housekeeping department alongside the Housekeeping Manager and Team Leaders.
• Contribute to a smooth guest journey from arrival to room assignment and beyond.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment for guests to enjoy their stay.
