Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Front Office Team Member at Heythrop Park for maternity cover on a part-time basis. You will be the first and last contact for guests, handling check-ins and check-outs while maximising sales opportunities and delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality, retail, leisure, or similar customer-focused environment.
• Understanding of check-in/out processes and guest journey touchpoints.
• Familiarity with reservation systems, CRM platforms and hotel management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: maintain high front office standards and resolve issues promptly under guidance.
• Guest Experience: maintain a visible, proactive presence to ensure guests feel welcomed and informed.
• Health, Safety & Compliance: uphold safety, hygiene and compliance standards in front office.
• Financial Awareness: contribute to revenue by promoting hotel experiences and efficient operations.
• Communication: escalate urgent matters to senior leaders to maintain smooth operations.
• Events & Problem Solving: support events and handle issues to minimise disruption.
