Qualifications

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality operations.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 3 qualification desirable).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift as on-shift leader across the department.
• Monitor standards and efficiency across all areas.
• Coordinate with managers to resolve issues quickly.
• Provide on-shift support and guidance to teams across all departments.
• Reallocate resources during busy periods to maintain service.
• Motivate teams and lead by example.
