Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee core financial operations including statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal obligations.
• Manage payrolls in the UK and overseas.
• Provide financial input into business planning and strategic initiatives.

Skills

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Substantial experience in a senior finance role

Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards

Strong experience of UK and overseas tax

Financial reporting and compliance capabilities

Experience in project accounting and revenue recognition

Proficiency with financial software (Sage 200)

Advanced Excel skills

Ability to communicate financial insights
