SF Search Partners seeks a Head of Service Centre (Field Service) to lead a nationwide team of engineers and coordinators. You will own the Service Division P&L, drive revenue growth, and implement scalable processes to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a hands-on, commercially driven leader who can deliver measurable results and shape a high-performing service operation within the industrial equipment sector.

Formación

• Proven leadership of technical service operations, ideally nationwide field teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing a service P&L.
• Track record developing recurring revenue through service contracts.
• Experience driving operational KPIs and performance improvements.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of the Service Division P&L, driving revenue, profitability and EBITDA.
• Lead nationwide field engineering and service coordination teams.
• Develop recurring revenue via maintenance programmes and service contracts.
• Implement KPIs and digital systems to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support integration of acquired businesses and standardise service processes.
• Foster health and safety culture while maintaining high service standards.
