Job summary

SF Partners is seeking a Head of Service Centre (Field Service) in Leeds to lead a nationwide team of field service engineers and coordinators. You will own the Service Division P&L, drive revenue growth and EBITDA, and implement scalable operational improvements in a growth-focused industrial equipment and packaging machinery business.

• Proven leadership experience within technical service operations.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing a service P&L.
• Track record of developing recurring revenue through service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Service Division P&L, driving revenue growth, profitability and EBITDA performance.
• Lead and develop nationwide field engineering and service coordination teams, improving productivity and service delivery.
• Develop recurring revenue streams through preventative maintenance programmes and long-term service contracts.
• Implement operational improvements, performance KPIs and digital systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Support the integration of acquired businesses, standardising service processes and building a scalable operating model.
• Drive a strong health and safety culture while maintaining exceptional service standards and customer relationships.
