Job summary

Consult is seeking an experienced service leader to take interim ownership of the Service Centre. The role focuses on leading a field-based team, developing structure and accountability, and delivering tangible improvements across installation, maintenance, and repair services.

You will bridge operational and commercial aspects, generating recurring revenue through contracted service offerings and reinforcing the function as a strategic part of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field-based engineering/service teams.
• Strong operational leadership with a commercial/ P&L mindset.
• Experience developing service propositions and recurring revenue.
• Ability to deliver tangible improvements in an interim role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field-based Service Engineers and establish structure and accountability.
• Integrate operational and commercial elements for better customer delivery.
• Take ownership of the Service P&L and drive commercial performance.
• Raise Service visibility and position it as a strategic business unit.
• Develop a strategic roadmap for recurring service and maintenance contracts.
• Drive performance across installation, planned maintenance, reactive repair, and support.
