Insignia Group is seeking an experienced Head of Executive Office to act as the operational backbone of the executive leadership. This role requires exceptional organisational skills, strategic oversight, and the ability to drive execution across multiple departments while ensuring governance, discipline, and performance alignment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Planning & Governance
  • Own executive planning cycles, calendars, and leadership agendas
  • Prepare, structure, and manage executive meetings and protocols
  • Ensure follow-up, execution control, and delivery against agreed actions
  • Define, track, and report on executive KPIs and performance metrics
2. Project Management & Execution Control
  • Lead and oversee cross-functional projects from initiation to completion
  • Monitor processes, timelines, risks, and dependencies
  • Produce structured reports, dashboards, and analytical insights for leadership
  • Ensure accountability across teams and stakeholders
3. Administrative & Office Operations Oversight
  • Supervise the Administrative Department, including :
  • Office operations and facilities
  • Internal and external communications
  • Executive transport and logistics
  • Business travel, accommodations, and itineraries
  • Drive operational efficiency and service standards at executive level
4. Workforce Administration & Discipline Control
  • Oversee and monitor :
  • Vacation planning and approvals
  • Sick leave tracking and compliance
  • Labour discipline and internal policies
  • Ensure alignment with HR regulations and company governance
Ideal Candidate Profile
