We’re investing in our estate and our Estates & Capital Team, and are seeking an ambitious, dynamic Head of Estates and Capital to play a key role in shaping our future, and who is able to work and deliver effectively at both an operational and strategic level.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop our estates and capital team, delivering a proactive, high‑quality estates, facilities, and capital management service.
  • Oversee the College’s estates service, incorporating hard and soft facilities management.
  • Provide strategic leadership in Health & Safety, ensuring the wellbeing of all students, staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Oversee the capital planning and delivery programme, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
  • Work collaboratively with the College Leadership Team to deliver a high‑quality facilities service across all campuses.
