Head of Division - Sport, Beauty & Fitness Evolution

Burnley College has a proud reputation for recruiting the very best staff and supporting them to hone and develop their skills. The successful candidate will provide effective leadership to staff through support, communication and delegation whilst effectively managing individual performance and will assure and lead on‑going curriculum and programme development.

A degree or equivalent level qualification in any relevant area, as well as relevant ongoing professional learning and development are essential criteria for this role.

The salary for this post is up to £63,409. The location for this role is on site delivery. The closing date for this post is 12:00pm, Tuesday 9 December 2025. Note that this vacancy may close earlier if we receive a high volume of applications.
