House Of Fashion Associates is seeking a Head of Design for premium bedding and bathroom textiles. Based in Manchester, you will lead a small team, collaborate with senior directors, and drive commercial design across UK and export markets.

The role requires hands-on premium textile experience, strong CAD skills, and the ability to translate trends into compelling collections while managing the development calendar and supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Strong CAD skills in AVA, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Excellent drawing and color presentation abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills for design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for bedding and bathroom with premium branding experience.
• Manage a small design team and coordinate with product/director teams.
• Source fabrics, oversee bulk production, and ensure samples meet specs.
• Create CADs for packaging, care labels, and inserts.
• Present designs confidently to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Travel for fabric sourcing and trade shows to build portfolio.
