House Of Fashion Associates is seeking a Head of Design for premium textiles bedding and bathroom, based in Manchester. You will lead the design studio, drive product concepts, and collaborate with retailers to deliver on brand storytelling.

The role requires hands-on leadership, extensive experience in premium home textiles, CAD workflows, and travel to international suppliers and trade shows; you will manage timelines and coordinate with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in premium home textiles (bedlinen and bathroom).
• Hands-on leadership with a small team.
• Experience with sourcing and CAD design.
• Experience dressing trade shows and working with retailers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small design team and collaborate with retailers like John Lewis and Harrods.
• Oversee bulk production coordination with Head of Product/ directors.
• Develop and present designs, CADs, and packaging artwork.
• Travel globally to supplier visits and trade fairs and present concepts.
