Job summary

House Of Fashion Associates’ client seeks a Head of Design for premium bedding and bathroom textiles based in Manchester. You will lead a small design team, drive end-to-end development, and collaborate with product and marketing to deliver compelling ranges.

Responsibilities include CAD creation, fabric sourcing, and presenting concepts to retailers such as John Lewis and Harrods, with travel to overseas suppliers and trade shows to expand UK and export markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom.
• Hands-on in current role with a premium textiles background.
• Experience working with retailers such as John Lewis and Harrods.
• Willingness to undertake global travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small design team and manage end-to-end product development.
• Source fabrics and techniques via supplier visits and global trade fairs.
• Present designs to customers and internal stakeholders with confidence.
• Dress trade shows and showrooms in the UK and abroad.
• Develop and grow the home textile portfolio across trade channels.
