Qualifications

• Degree level education in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom.
• Hands-on approach with strong CAD proficiency and visual presentation skills.
• Experience with global supplier engagement and trade shows a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across bedding and bathroom categories for UK/european markets.
• Manage a small design team and collaborate with Product/Marketing.
• Source fabrics, brief suppliers, and oversee samples to final production.
• Create CADs, mood boards, and seasonal colour stories for customers.
• Present concepts to retailers and internal stakeholders, and travel globally.
