The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience in premium home textiles, strong CAD skills, and a track record of delivering samples on time for UK and export markets. Willingness to travel globally is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in home textiles, premium bedding and bathroom.
• Hands-on design leadership in premium textiles.
• Experience with retailers and showroom presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design direction for bedding and bathroom, aligning with brand strategy.
• Manage a small design team and coordinate with product, marketing and sourcing.
• Spearhead CAD work, samples, and supplier briefings to timelines.
• Present concepts confidently to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and evolve the brand portfolio for UK and export markets.
