Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to help secure vital partnerships to protect butterflies, moths, and the environment we all share.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you’ll shape and deliver the corporate strategy, build impactful relationships with companies that care, and generate transformational income to support our mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and implement a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive new business development
• Identify, cultivate, and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
• Create compelling proposals, support cases, and stewardship plans
• Collaborate with the organisation to align fundraising with broader goals
• Line manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
• Analyze performance and report to senior leadership and boards

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Experience developing and implementing fundraising plans to meet targets
• Confident in negotiating and managing partnership agreements
• Skills in creating tailored proposals and presentations
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience stewarding funder relationships
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Experience managing income and expenditure budgets

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per annum (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days per week

Location: Fully remote with occasional travel to Dorset
