Practicus is supporting Butterfly Conservation, a leading wildlife charity, to recruit a Head of Corporate Partnerships to secure vital partnerships for butterflies, moths, and the environment.

As Head of Corporate Partnerships, you will shape and deliver corporate strategy, build impactful relationships, and generate transformational income.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement a Corporate Fundraising & Partnerships Strategy
• Secure five-figure+ partnerships and donations through proactive outreach
• Identify and manage a pipeline of high-value corporate partners
• Create compelling proposals and stewardship plans
• Collaborate across teams to align fundraising with organizational goals
• Manage and support the Corporate Fundraising Officer
• Analyze performance and report to leadership

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven ability to secure and grow high-value corporate partnerships
• Experience in developing fundraising strategies to meet targets
• Negotiation skills and experience managing partnership agreements
• Strong proposal and presentation skills
• Experience with charity CRM systems
• Knowledge of data protection and fundraising regulations
• Experience in stewarding funder relationships
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly
• Budget development and management experience

Salary: £38,336 to £44,247 per year (pro rata)

Working hours: 2.5 or 3 days/week

Location: Fully remote, occasional travel to Dorset
